I had a blast working on this cover for Arcade Destiny’s new EP. The band is my side project it’s a wild mix of synth-punk and melodic hardcore, so I wanted the art to have that same frantic, raw energy.
I went with a gritty, comic-inspired style with lots of halftone textures and heavy contrast to give it an underground, slightly desperate arcade vibe—trying to capture that “holding onto your last coin” panic. Designed the hand-drawn Arcade Destiny logo and the rounded pixel typography to match the retro/punk theme.
